Whilst we offer a range or property advisory and consulting services to NFP’s, private sector and registered clubs, most come to us when they have underutilised property assets and want guidance to get the most out of their property strategy.
Club’s, in particular, are usually seeking to diversify from gaming revenue, unlock capital for renovations or a new club build, de-risk the project and create reoccurring revenue. We do this under the following service offerings;
- Options assessment and economic analysis of the proposed project scheme
- Review the clubs capacity to self-fund a project or need for a JV partner
- Create a development pathway and run a DA process if they can self-fund
- Run an open and transparent EOI process if they need a JV partner to deliver the development project
- Guide the board through the JV selection process, including ensuring they get a. Strong commercial outcome, do due diligence on the developers and de-risk the deal.
